What is the purpose of a control cable?

CONTROL CABLES are single-core or multi-core cables made of cable wire that can operate at direct current or low-frequency alternating current and are intended to transmit control signals from an external transmitting point to a controlled apparatus or to transmit signals from the controlled apparatus to the external transmitting point; provided, however, that for this Agreement, Control Cables do not include cables that have protective sheaths.

Control cables are frequently referred to by the application, including motor cable, robotic cable, and equipment supply cable. These cables are made for various signal transmission, measurement, control, and regulation applications in industrial process automation.

The function of the control cable:

Power, control, and signal cables are different types of cables. Control cables belong to electrical equipment cables, with power cables being two of the five primary groups of cables.

At the same time, control cables are specifically made to disseminate automatic and wire control command negative feedback circuit cables and the centralized control of electrical equipment.

While control cables can be used in PVC insulated PVC sheathed control cables, they are also appropriate for industrial and mining companies, the energy transportation industry, the exchange of rated voltage 450/750 volts below the control, and other situations. The cable is typically inserted in the center of something and functions as an interconnecting one.

Control cables come in various varieties, each of which is distinctive. The CY, SY, and YY cables are among the many different types of control cables available. In the subject of automation, conductivity is greatly influenced by all of the cables. The control wire has a voltage of 300/500. Because the control cables' wrapping is transparent, anyone may see any potential damage anytime without encountering any issues.

To manage how the equipment operates, control cables transmit signals. Products include paper power cables, portable power cable, welding cables, and cables with a voltage range of 601 to 15 kV and 15.1 kV and more.
